We transformed this 1920s Mission, BC home with a full renovation that blends modern function with timeless character. The interior layout was reimagined to improve flow, and every room was updated with curated finishes that feel both current and rooted in the home’s history. In the kitchen and bathroom, we introduced a deep green palette that adds depth and warmth, paired with beautiful tile work that brings texture and visual interest to the space.
A standout feature in the bathroom is a Japanese soaking tub — a serene, space-saving statement that elevates the entire room. We expanded windows throughout the home to invite more natural light and create stronger connections between indoors and out. Outside, the refreshed exterior gives the home a welcoming new face while maintaining its original charm. The result is a space that feels intentional, personal, and ready for a new chapter.
